Raymond Kroc understood that marketing his personalized franchise, McDonald’s From milk-shake machines to burgers, fires and a larger than life vision, Raymond Kroc created the greatest franchise in history McDonald’s. Through his vision, Ray revolutionized America’s restaurant industry, establishing a sub-industry, fast food. In 1954, fifty-two-year-old Ray Kroc, a milk shake machine salesman, saw a hamburger stand in California and envisioned a massive operation that changed the way America and then the rest of the world ate out.

Six years later, in 1960, the McDonald’s brand was synonymous with American fast food, with each franchise being a well-oiled replica of the next operation. With more than 200 outlets, fires, burgers and milk shakes purchased in Brooklyn, New York were the same as ones bought in Mobile, Alabama. Today, McDonald’s is one of America’s greatest and well-known exports. McDonalds Vouchers – Buy One Get One Free Promotion

Most people never really use McDonald’s vouchers. Of course they use them every now and then and when they happen to come across a sheet, but they never actively try to find any. I was in the very same situation. I used to go out and eat a few times a month in a McDonalds, because I love their BigMac more than I like to admit, but I never took coupons for granted and thought they were some kind of a once in a while special opportunity.

McDonald’s is the largest franchise and it operates in the most countries of all franchises. At the date of writing this article they are present in more than a hundred and ten countries, with an astonishing thirty-thousand restaurants sprinkled. Most of them are in North America, there is virtually no inhabited place in the USA without at least a drive-thru or a small McDonald’s run by a local entrepreneur.
